Established in 2003 Who's Watching TV, LLC. continues to expand services in the rating and TV schedule arena. Its sister company PubTV Online, established in 1998 was sold in 2006. PubTV Online's products continue to serve as the primary tool for Public Television Executives. The company has been in the forefront in providing technological solutions to the television ratings universe.
