Steve Knapp
General Manager
Steve is the General Manager and founder of Who's Watching TV and Knapp Enterprises. He was also the co-founder of PubTV Online. Steve entered the television listings field in 1994 in sales and product development. Prior to working in the television industry, Steve was involved in sales, marketing, finance and all aspects of management with various companies. Steve worked as a stockbroker for approximately six years with Stuart James and was promoted to Vice President of Sales before starting a franchise office with First Montauk Securities. Steve holds two Masters Degrees, one in finance and marketing from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and the other in Community Psychology from Russell Sage in Albany, NY. Steve obtained his BA in Political Science from St. Michael's College in Vermont. Steve has had a successful career building businesses and servicing clients though innovation and creativity. His commitment has been seen throughout his career and his customer focus and vision has allowed for the creation of products and services that are in use within the television community and have been for over a decade.

Drew Bates
Chief Operations Officer
Drew brings over 12 years of business/employee management experience to WWTV. His responsibilities include operations, computer and server system management, marketing, product development, strategic planning, employee management, accounting and more. Drew has worked in sales, negotiating deals and developing sales strategies. He possesses many other capabilities and is extremely versatile which has made him an asset to the success of the company. Drew, formerly worked as the General Manager of the Orlando Jet Center, where he managed a multi-million dollar corporate aviation facility. Drew was responsible for maintenance, line service, accounting, purchasing, contracts, airline negotiations, scheduling and operations. Drew would diagnose problems and implement procedures to solve those problems. Drew was responsible for managing a staff of over 60 people and negotiated with Airport executives on behalf of Orlando Jet Center. Drew also served as the company's IT Technician, Safety Officer, as well as the Hazardous Materials officer. Drew also works as President of LMS Servers and Linitech, Inc. providing network development tailored to computer assembly, web design and hosting services. Drew is involved in all aspects of the business including accounting, marketing strategies, business development and company decisions. Drew has worked with Sunjet Aviation and Jett Aire between 1997 and 2000 as a Line Supervisor ensuring the safety and effective management of aviation activities. Prior to civilian aviation, Drew served in the United States Marine Corps 2nd Battalion - Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 115.

Ramanujam "Rama" Raghava
Project Manager / Senior Programmer
Rama serves as a valuable asset to Who's Watching TV and is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining all aspects of the Who's Watching TV data. He consistently proves himself in stressful situations and sets himself apart with his "out-of-the-box" thinking. His creativity and extraordinary skill is a major part of WWTV's success. Rama holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from University of Madras and a Masters Degree from the University of Arizona in Computer Science.

Mark Woodroff
Programmer
Mark's good at tearing things apart. Sometimes he can even get them back together again. Programming professionally since the age of 12, Mark has architected, designed, and/or developed products for companies such as Barnett Bank, CitiCorp, Valencia Community College, Wells Fargo, and Xerox. With a background that includes microcoding an industrial controller, trouble-shooting a funds transfer system, creating a compiler for mainframes, writing parts of a Unix file system and device drivers, engineering a high-speed printing system, developing a heterogenous multi-processor distributed system, and making a pretty Excel spreadsheet, Mark brings a wealth of experience, along with the belief that there's no problem that can't be solved, given enough coffee. Mark holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Central Florida.

Ruishi Tao
Programmer
Ruishi is a new intern in the programming department. She acquired her bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from China Nankai University. She is pursuing her master degree in Business Management and Administration from UCF. With a purpose of improving programming skills and having a better understanding of business in the real working environment, she believes that she is going to have a valuable studying and working experience in Who's Watching TV. Recently, she achieved National Association of Women Business Owners Central Florida Chapter Scholarship.
